Fruity Cocktails for Celebrating Mother's Day

  • 1/8 cup raspberries, plus a few more berries for garnish
  • 2 ounces gin
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce Tuaca
  • 1 teaspoon simple syrup
  • 1 thin slice of lime


Muddle the raspberries in the bottom of an Old-Fashioned glass by crushing them with a muddler or wooden spoon. Put a few ice cubes in the glass and pour the gin, lime juice, Tuaca and simple syrup over the ice. Stir to combine, then taste and adjust simple syrup as needed. Garnish with a few whole raspberries and the lime slice and serve.
